1 lb ground beef
2 tbsp unsalted butter
6 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp smoked paprika
1/2 tsp dried oregano
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
3 cups chicken broth
2 cups milk
12 oz pasta (penne or rotini)
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley (optional for garnish)

🥄 Step 1: Cook the Beef
In a large pot, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned.
Drain excess fat if needed, then add butter and let it melt into the beef.
