Surf & Turf Foil Platter with Crab Legs, Grilled Shrimp, Steak, Corn, Creamy Pasta & Loaded Baked Potato
Ingredients:
For the Seafood & Steak:
1 lb crab legs (snow or king)
12 large shrimp, peeled and deveined
2 ribeye or sirloin steaks
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp butter
Salt and pepper
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp smoked paprika
1 lemon, cut into wedges
2 green onions, sliced (for garnish)
For the Grilled Corn on the Cob:
2–4 ears of corn, husked
2 tbsp butter, melted
Salt and pepper to taste
For the Creamy Pasta:
8 oz pasta (penne or fettuccine)
2 tbsp butter
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup heavy cream
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
Salt and pepper to taste
Optional: pinch of red pepper flakes or parsley
For the Loaded Baked Potato:
2 large russet potatoes
½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
2 tbsp sour cream
2 tbsp chopped green onions
Salt and pepper to taste
Optional: cooked crumbled bacon
Instructions:
Prepare the Baked Potatoes:
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
Pierce potatoes with a fork, rub with oil and salt, and bake for 50–60 minutes until soft.
Slice open and fluff insides. Top with cheese, sour cream, green onions, and bacon if using.
Cook the Pasta:
Boil pasta until al dente, drain.
In a skillet, melt butter, sauté garlic 1 minute
Add cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in Parmesan, season with salt and pepper.
Toss pasta in sauce; keep warm.
Grill or Sear the Steak:
Season steaks with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
Grill or sear 3–4 minutes per side for medium-rare. Rest before slicing.
Prepare the Shrimp & Crab Legs:
Toss shrimp with olive oil, paprika, and a pinch of salt.
Grill or sauté shrimp 2 minutes per side until cooked.
Steam crab legs 5–7 minutes or grill wrapped in foil until heated through.
Grill the Corn:
Brush corn with melted butter, season, and grill until lightly charred.
Assembly:
In a large foil tray, arrange sliced steak, grilled shrimp, and crab legs.
Nestle in the grilled corn, creamy pasta, and loaded baked potato.
Garnish seafood and steak with lemon wedges and sliced green onions.
Serve hot and enjoy the perfect surf & turf feast!
