Melt-in-Your-Mouth Lemon Cream Cookies ππͺβ¨
Ingredients:
1 cup unsalted butter, softened
Β½ cup powdered sugar (plus more for dusting)
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp lemon zest
1ΒΎ cups all-purpose flour
ΒΌ cup cornstarch
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350Β°F (175Β°C).
2. In a bowl, cream butter and powdered sugar until fluffy.
3. Mix in vanilla, lemon juice, and zest.
4. Add flour and cornstarch, mix until soft dough forms.
5. Scoop dough into balls, place on a lined baking sheet, and flatten slightly.
6. Bake 12β14 minutes. Cool and dust with powdered sugar.
