Cripsy and delicious- Parmesan Crusted Cod
Recipe:
4-5 cod filets
1 large egg beaten
3/4 cup grated Parmesan
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon dried parsley
Steps:
In a small bowl, beat one egg and set aside.
In another bowl, add Parmesan and the rest of the ingredients. Mix well till combine.
Preheat oven to 430 F. Prepare a greased baking pan.
Dip each cod filet in egg mixture, then coat generously with the Parmesan mixture. Arrange in the baking pan.
Bake for 10-12 minutes. Remove from oven and ready to serve. Serve with lemon, tartar sauce or with coleslaw. Enjoy! Yum!
