Lemon Raspberry Swirl Cheesecake
📋 Ingredients:
• 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
• 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
• 3 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
• 1 cup granulated sugar
• 3 eggs
• 1/4 cup lemon juice
• 1 cup raspberry puree
🍽️ Directions:
1. Preheat the oven to 325°F and grease a springform pan.
2. Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter; press into the bottom of the pan.
3. Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth; add eggs and lemon juice, mixing until combined.
4. Swirl raspberry puree into the cheesecake mixture.
5. Pour over the crust and bake for 50-60 minutes; cool before refrigerating.
