🥧🇫🇷 Pâté en Croûte
A traditional meat pâté baked in a golden pastry crust — rich, elegant, and perfect for festive tables 🥂.
Ingredients:
• 500 g ground pork
• 200 g veal or chicken
• 1 onion, chopped
• 2 garlic cloves
• Fresh herbs
• 2 eggs
• Puff pastry sheets
• Salt & pepper
Instructions:
1️⃣ Mix meats, onion, garlic, herbs, and eggs.
2️⃣ Roll out puff pastry and line a loaf pan.
3️⃣ Fill with meat mixture, cover with pastry.
4️⃣ Brush with egg wash.
5️⃣ Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 1 hour.
