Tandoori Chicken Kebabs – Zesty, Tangy, and Flame-Grilled
Ingredients:
1 lb chicken breast, cubed
¾ cup plain yogurt
1 tablespoon tandoori masala
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon tomato paste
1 teaspoon garlic paste
1 teaspoon ginger paste
Salt to taste
Fresh cilantro for garnish
Directions:
In a bowl, mix yogurt, tandoori masala, lemon juice, tomato paste, garlic, ginger, and salt. Add chicken cubes and stir to coat. Marinate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
Heat grill to medium heat. Thread chicken pieces onto skewers.
Grill for 8–10 minutes, turning halfway, until cooked through and slightly charred.
Serve with a fresh yogurt dip or mint chutney. Sprinkle chopped cilantro on top before serving.
