Reuben Bake

Ingredients:
- 4 cups of chopped corned beef
- 2 cups of sauerkraut, drained
- 2 cups of shredded Swiss cheese
- 1 cup of thousand island dressing
- 1 loaf of rye bread, cut into cubes
- 1/2 cup of butter, melted
- 1 tsp of caraway seeds (optional)
- 1/4 cup of chopped fresh parsley (for garnish, optional)

Directions:
1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
2. In a large bowl, mix the chopped corned beef, drained sauerkraut, shredded Swiss cheese, and thousand island dressing. Stir until well combined.
3. In a separate bowl, combine the cubed rye bread with melted butter. Toss until the bread is coated in butter.
4. In a greased 9x13 inch baking dish, layer half of the buttered rye bread cubes on the bottom.
5. Spread the corned beef mixture evenly over the bread layer.
