Golden Chicken Quesadilla 🥩🧄
Ingredients
2 flour tortillas
1 cup shredded cooked chicken
1 cup mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup softened cream cheese
1/4 cup grated parmesan
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp onion powder
1 tbsp butter
Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
In a bowl, mix shredded chicken, cream cheese, parmesan, garlic powder, black pepper, and onion powder.
Spread on a tortilla, add mozzarella cheese, and place another tortilla on top.
Heat butter in a pan and cook the quesadilla until crispy and golden brown.
Transfer to the oven at 375°F (190°C) for 5 minutes for extra crispiness.
Slice, garnish with parsley, and enjoy hot.
