Ingredients:
- 2 cups almond flour (240g)

- 1 teaspoon baking powder

- ΒΎ cup warm water (180ml)
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350Β°F (175Β°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. In a large bowl, combine almond flour, chia seeds, baking powder, and salt.
3. Add olive oil, warm water, and apple cider vinegar to the dry ingredients. Mix until a dough forms.
4. Divide the dough into 6-8 equal portions. Roll each portion into a ball and poke a hole in the center to form a bagel shape.
5. Place bagels on the prepared baking sheet.
6. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown and firm.
