🛒 Ingredients:
500g cheese tortellini (fresh or refrigerated) 🧀
2 chicken breasts, diced 🍗
2 tbsp olive oil 🫒
2 garlic cloves, minced 🧄
1 small onion, diced 🧅
100g sun-dried tomatoes, chopped 🍅
2 handfuls fresh spinach 🌿
200ml heavy cream 🥛
100ml chicken broth 🍲
80g grated Parmesan cheese 🧀
Salt & pepper to taste 🧂
½ tsp Italian herbs

Cook the tortellini according to package directions. Meanwhile, heat olive oil in a large skillet, sauté onion and garlic until soft. Add the diced chicken, season with salt, pepper, and herbs, and cook until browned. Stir in sun-dried tomatoes, cream, and broth. Simmer for a few minutes, then add spinach until wilted. Add the cooked tortellini and Parmesan, stir until creamy and well combined. Serve warm and enjoy!
