A rich and elegant combo for serious flavor lovers!
π Ingredients:
2 lamb chops, Frenched and seasoned
1 skewer (5β6) large shrimp, peeled & deveined
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp garlic powder
Β½ tsp smoked paprika
1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
Salt & pepper to taste
For the Cheesy Spinach Grits:
1 cup cooked grits
Β½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
ΒΌ cup cooked spinach, chopped
1 tbsp butter
Salt & pepper to taste
For the Green Beans:
1 cup green beans, trimmed
1 tsp olive oil or butter
Pinch of chili flakes (optional)
Salt to taste
π½οΈ Directions:
1οΈβ£ Sear the Lamb Chops:
Season lamb with salt, pepper, garlic powder.
Sear in a hot skillet with olive oil for ~3β4 mins per side. Let rest 5 minutes.
2οΈβ£ Grill the Shrimp Skewers:
Season shrimp with paprika, salt, pepper, and a drizzle of oil.
Grill or sear for ~2 mins per side until pink and juicy.
3οΈβ£ Make the Cheesy Grits:
Stir cheese, butter, spinach, salt, and pepper into warm cooked grits until creamy.
4οΈβ£ SautΓ© the Green Beans:
In a pan with olive oil or butter, sautΓ© green beans for 5β6 mins. Add chili flakes for heat.
5οΈβ£ Assemble & Garnish:
Plate cheesy grits, top with shrimp skewer, lay lamb chops to the side, and finish with green beans. Sprinkle fresh parsley over everything.
