Garlic Butter Crab & Lobster Feast
Ingredients:
For the Seafood:
2 lbs crab legs (king or snow crab)
1 large lobster tail
4 cups water
1 lemon, sliced
1 tbsp Old Bay seasoning
1 tbsp salt
For the Garlic Butter Sauce:
½ cup unsalted butter, melted
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp Old Bay seasoning
½ tsp smoked paprika
½ tsp cayenne pepper (optional)
1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
For Garnish:
Fresh parsley, chopped
Extra lemon wedges
Extra melted butter for dipping
Instructions:
Boil the Crab & Lobster: In a large pot, bring water to a boil. Add lemon slices, Old Bay seasoning, and salt. Add crab legs and lobster tail, cooking for 5-7 minutes until shells turn bright red. Remove and set aside.
Prepare the Garlic Butter Sauce: In a small saucepan, melt butter over low heat. Add garlic, lemon juice, Old Bay, smoked paprika, and cayenne. Cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant. Stir in chopped parsley.
Char & Season: Preheat a grill or broiler. Brush crab legs and lobster tail with garlic butter sauce. Grill or broil for 2-3 minutes, allowing edges to crisp slightly.
Serve: Stack crab legs and claws on a platter. Place lobster tail on top for dramatic presentation. Drizzle with extra garlic butter and sprinkle with fresh parsley. Serve with lemon wedges and additional melted butter for dipping.
