π§βπ³ Blackened Salmon & Shrimp Pasta π€ππ₯
π Ingredients (Salmon & Shrimp):
2 salmon fillets, skin off π
8β10 large shrimp, peeled & deveined π€
1 tbsp olive oil π«
1 tbsp butter π§
1 tsp smoked paprika πΆοΈ
1 tsp garlic powder π§
Β½ tsp onion powder π§
Β½ tsp cayenne pepper (optional for heat) π₯
Salt & black pepper π§π€
Fresh parsley for garnish πΏ
π Ingredients (Creamy Pasta):
200g spaghetti or linguine π
1 tbsp butter π§
3 cloves garlic, minced π§
Β½ cup heavy cream π₯
ΒΌ cup grated parmesan cheese π§
Salt & pepper to taste π§
Optional: lemon zest for a fresh kick π
π₯ Instructions:
1. Season & Cook the Salmon & Shrimp:
Mix paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne, salt & pepper.
Rub onto salmon and shrimp.
Heat olive oil in a skillet on medium-high.
Sear salmon 3β4 mins per side until blackened.
Add butter and shrimp, cook until pink (about 2β3 mins). Set aside.
2. Make the Creamy Pasta:
Cook pasta al dente. Drain and set aside.
In the same pan, melt butter and sautΓ© garlic.
Add cream, bring to a simmer, stir in parmesan.
Toss pasta in sauce until fully coated. Add salt/pepper to taste.
3. Plate It Up:
Twirl pasta onto a plate, top with salmon and shrimp.
Drizzle with pan sauce, garnish with parsley πΏ
Squeeze a little lemon if desired π
