Ingredients:
2 medium zucchinis, grated (about 2 cups / 300g grated)
1/2 cup / 50g hemp seeds (hearts/shelled)
1/4 cup / 30g almond flour or chickpea flour
2 tablespoons / 16g ground flaxseed or chia seeds
2 tablespoons / 10g nutritional yeast (optional, for cheesy flavor)
1 teaspoon / 4g Italian seasoning or dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon / 2.5g garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon / 1.5g sea salt
Pinch of black pepper

Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet or pizza pan with parchment paper.
2. Place the grated zucchini in a colander over the sink, sprinkle lightly with salt, and let it sit for 10-15 minutes to draw out moisture.
3. Squeeze the grated zucchini thoroughly using a clean kitchen towel or cheesecloth to remove as much water as possible. This step is crucial for a non-soggy crust.
4. In a medium bowl, combine the squeezed zucchini, hemp seeds, chosen flour (almond or chickpea), ground flax/chia seeds, optional nutritional yeast, Italian seasoning/oregano, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
5. Mix well until all ingredients are thoroughly combined and form a cohesive 'dough'.
6. Transfer the mixture to the center of the parchment-lined baking sheet.
7. Using your hands or a spatula, press and spread the mixture out evenly into a thin circular or rectangular pizza crust shape (about 1/4 inch or 0.5 cm thick). Build up the edges slightly if desired.
8. Bake the crust for 15-20 minutes, or until it's firm, dry to the touch, and the edges are starting to turn golden brown.
