Ingredients:
10β12 cooked shrimp (seasoned with paprika, chili flakes & garlic)
2 hard-boiled eggs, sliced
1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
Β½ avocado, diced
ΒΌ cup crumbled blue cheese
Salt, pepper, and chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions:
SautΓ© shrimp in olive oil with paprika, chili flakes, garlic, salt & pepper.
Arrange shrimp, eggs, tomatoes, avocado, and blue cheese in a bowl.
Sprinkle with fresh parsley and a dash of black pepper.
