- 4 salmon fillets
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cup baby potatoes, cooked and halved
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup vegetable broth
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
- Fresh basil leaves, for garnish

Directions:
1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Season the salmon fillets with salt, pepper, and paprika.
