AIR FRYER STEAK 😍
INGREDIENTS
▢ 2 sirloin steaks (1" thick)
▢ 1 tablespoon canola oil
▢ salt and pepper
GARLIC BUTTER (OPTIONAL)
▢ 2 tablespoons salted butter (at room temperature)
▢ 1 clove garlic (finely chopped)
▢ 1 teaspoon fresh chopped parsley
INSTRUCTIONS
Take the steak out of the refrigerator and let it come to room temperature (10-15 minutes). Trim any excess fat from the edges if needed.
Preheat the air fryer to 200 degrees Celsius (turn it on for 5-10 minutes).
Rub the steaks with oil and season generously with salt and pepper (or add your preferred seasonings).
Open the air fryer basket, place the steaks, and cook for 10-14 minutes (10 minutes for rare, 12 minutes for medium-rare, and 14 minutes for well-done), until your desired doneness is reached.
Meanwhile, mix the butter, garlic, and parsley.
Remove the steaks from the air fryer and let them rest for 5 to 10 minutes before slicing. Serve with the garlic butter.
