Short ribs are my absolute favourite. Cooked slowly with red wine and beef stock, onions, garlic, rosemary and thyme, absolutely sensational.
Honey glazed carrots and parsnips, homemade stuffing and Yorkshire puds, cauliflower cheese, beef dripping spuds and a loaf of veg 😍😍
