Mini Teacup Cookies
Ingredients:
• 12 round sugar cookies
• 12 large marshmallows (white or pink)
• ½ cup melted chocolate
• ¼ cup rainbow sprinkles
• 6 pink or white candy belts (cut into small curved strips for handles)
• ½ cup royal icing (for attaching pieces)
Preparation:
1. Place the sugar cookies on a flat surface as the base.
2. Attach a marshmallow to each cookie using a small amount of royal icing.
3. Dip the top of each marshmallow in melted chocolate, then coat with rainbow sprinkles.
4. Use royal icing to attach a small curved strip of candy belt to the side of each marshmallow as a handle.
5. Let everything set for about 15 minutes before serving. Enjoy your adorable teacup cookies!
