Chicken Marsala 🍗
Ingredients:
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1/2 cup flour
1/2 cup Marsala wine
1/2 cup chicken broth
1 cup sliced mushrooms
2 tbsp butter
1 tbsp olive oil
Salt and pepper
Directions:
Dredge chicken breasts in flour.
Heat olive oil in a skillet, cook chicken until browned on both sides, and remove.
In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté mushrooms until tender.
Pour in Marsala wine and chicken broth, bring to a simmer.
Return chicken to skillet, cook for 5-7 minutes, until sauce thickens.
Season with salt and pepper, then serve!
