Creamy Garlic Butter Lobster Tails 🦞
Ingredients:
4 lobster tails
1/4 cup unsalted butter
4 garlic cloves, minced
1/2 cup heavy cream (or coconut cream for dairy-free)
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Salt and pepper to taste
Paprika (optional, for garnish)
Instructions:
1️⃣ Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Slice the top of each lobster tail shell to expose the meat.
2️⃣ Melt butter in a skillet, add garlic, and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
3️⃣ Stir in heavy cream, Parmesan, and lemon juice, simmering for 2-3 minutes until sauce thickens.
4️⃣ Place lobster tails on a baking sheet and spoon some sauce over each.
5️⃣ Bake for 12-15 minutes, basting occasionally with more sauce, until lobster is opaque and fully cooked.
6️⃣ Garnish with parsley and a sprinkle of paprika before serving.
Notes:
Serve with pasta or crusty bread to soak up the creamy garlic butter sauce!
For a lighter version, swap heavy cream with half-and-half.
