Keto Gingerbread Chaffles
Ingredients:
1 egg
1 oz cream cheese
2 tbsp almond flour or 2 tsp coconut flour
1 tbsp brewed coffee
2 tsp monkfruit
½ tsp baking powder
½ tsp cinnamon
½ ginger
⅛ tsp allspice
Instructions:
Preheat waffle maker.
Whisk together all Ingredients.
Pour ½ of the batter into the waffle maker.
Cook 3-4 mins. Remove & use last half of batter.
Top with butter, whipped cream, syrup, or pecans.
