Ingredients:
β’ 500g puff pastry
β’ 3 apples (about 400g)
β’ 50g sugar
β’ 1/2 tsp cinnamon
β’ 1 egg (for brushing)
β’ Lemon juice (optional)
Instructions:
1οΈβ£ Peel and dice apples, cook with sugar and cinnamon until soft. Mash or blend.
2οΈβ£ Roll out puff pastry, cut into circles or half-moons.
3οΈβ£ Place filling on one side, fold and seal.
4οΈβ£ Brush with egg and bake at 200Β°C (390Β°F) for 20β25 min until golden.
