Ingredients:

16 oz cream cheese, softened
Β½ cup powdered sugar
ΒΌ cup Baileys Irish Cream
1 tsp vanilla extract
1Β½ cups whipped topping (Cool Whip), thawed
For the chocolate mousse layer:
2 cups heavy cream
Β½ cup cocoa powder
Β½ cup powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
For topping:
1 cup chocolate chips or shavings
Whipped cream (for garnish)
Chocolate sauce drizzle
Instructions:
Bake the cake:
Prepare the chocolate cake according to package instructions, adding Baileys to the batter if desired.
Let the cake cool completely, then cut into cubes.
