Savory Steak Gorgonzola Alfredo 🍝🥩
🥩 Ingredients
• 1 lb sirloin steak, thinly sliced
Salt & pepper, to taste
• 8 oz fettuccine pasta
• 2 tbsp olive oil
• 4 cloves garlic, minced
• 1 cup heavy cream
• 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
• ½ cup crumbled Gorgonzola cheese
• Fresh parsley, for garnish

🔥 Instructions

1️⃣ Cook pasta in salted boiling water until al dente (8-10 min). Drain & set aside.
2️⃣ Season steak with salt & pepper.
3️⃣ Sear steak in a skillet with olive oil over medium heat (3-4 min per side). Remove & keep warm.
4️⃣ Sauté garlic in the same skillet for 1 min until fragrant.
5️⃣ Make sauce: Add heavy cream & simmer. Stir in Parmesan until melted, then mix in Gorgonzola until smooth.
6️⃣ Combine: Return steak to the skillet & toss in sauce. Add fettuccine & coat evenly.
7️⃣ Serve: Garnish with parsley & enjoy hot!
