🥄 Ingredients:
• 1 lb Sirloin Steak (thinly sliced)
• Salt & Pepper (to taste)
• 8 oz Fettuccine Pasta
• 2 tbsp Olive Oil
• 4 cloves Garlic (minced)
• 1 cup Heavy Cream
• 1 cup Parmesan Cheese (grated)
• ½ cup Gorgonzola Cheese (crumbled)
• Fresh Parsley (for garnish)
🔥 Directions:
1️⃣ Season & Cook Steak – Season steak with salt & pepper. Sear in 2 tbsp olive oil over medium heat for 3-4 min per side. Remove & keep warm.
2️⃣ Cook Pasta – Boil fettuccine in salted water 8-10 min until al dente. Drain & set aside.
3️⃣ Sauté Garlic – In the same skillet, cook garlic for 1 min until fragrant.
4️⃣ Make Sauce – Add heavy cream, stirring until it simmers. Gradually mix in Parmesan until melted. Stir in Gorgonzola until smooth.
5️⃣ Combine Steak & Pasta – Return steak to the skillet & toss in the sauce. Add fettuccine & mix until well coated.
6️⃣ Serve & Garnish – Sprinkle fresh parsley & serve hot.
