Mediterranean Baked Fish
Ingredients:
4 mackerel fillets
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 lemon, sliced
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
Place the mackerel fillets on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
Drizzle olive oil over the fillets and sprinkle with minced garlic, oregano, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Arrange the lemon slices on top of the fish.
Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the fish is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
