❄️ Buttery Pecan Snowball Cookies ❄️
Melt-in-your-mouth pecan cookies dusted in sweet powdered sugar!
Ingredients:
1 cup unsalted butter, softened
1/2 cup powdered sugar
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 cup finely chopped pecans
1/4 teaspoon salt
Additional powdered sugar for rolling
Instructions:
1️⃣ Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2️⃣ In a large bowl, beat softened butter and 1/2 cup powdered sugar until light and fluffy. Mix in vanilla extract.
3️⃣ Gradually add flour and salt, mixing until just combined, then stir in chopped pecans.
4️⃣ Shape dough into 1-inch balls and place on baking sheet, spaced 1 inch apart.
5️⃣ Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until bottoms are lightly golden.
6️⃣ Let cookies cool for 5 minutes, then roll in powdered sugar while warm.
7️⃣ Cool completely on a wire rack, then roll in powdered sugar once more before serving.
