Scones recipe

Ingredients

8 Cups flour
10 teaspoons baking powder
1 cup sugar
500g baking margarine
Orange zest (I did not measure)
1½ Cups raisins
2 Cups Amasi
½ Cup freshly squeezed orange juice
2 teaspoons vanilla essence (optional)
3 eggs (1 for the egg wash)
