Shaving Cream Rain Clouds Experiment
Supplies:
- 1 large clear glass or jar (filled 3/4 with water)
- Foamy shaving cream (white, non-gel type)
- Food coloring (blue works best, but rainbow colors are fun too)
- Small cups for mixing food coloring with water
- Droppers or pipettes

Directions:
1. Fill a clear glass or jar about 3/4 full with water.
2. Spray shaving cream on top to create a fluffy “cloud.”
3. In separate cups, mix food coloring with a little water.
4. Using droppers, slowly drip colored water onto the shaving cream cloud.
5. Watch as the colored “rain” pushes through the shaving cream and falls into the water below, just like rainfall from clouds!
6. Try with multiple colors for a rainbow storm effect.
