Churro Cheesecake Donut Cookies
📋 Ingredients
• 1 package sugar cookie dough
• 8 oz cream cheese, softened
• 1/4 cup granulated sugar
• 1 tsp cinnamon
• 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
• 1/4 cup melted butter
• 1 tbsp cinnamon-sugar (for dusting)
🍽️ Directions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
2. Roll cookie dough into balls and place on a baking sheet. Bake for 8-10 minutes, then cool.
3. Mix cream cheese, sugar, cinnamon, and vanilla to make the cheesecake filling.
4. Once the cookies cool, create a small well in the center and fill with cheesecake mixture.
5. Brush the edges with melted butter and dust with cinnamon-sugar.
