🧡 Pumpkin Cream Floats 🧡
Ingredients
4 large scoops vanilla ice cream, slightly softened
2 cups chilled orange cream soda
¼ cup canned whipped cream
2 tablespoons candy corn
2 tablespoons Halloween-themed sprinkles
1 tablespoon caramel sauce or clear piping gel
2 striped paper straws
A tiny pinch of pumpkin pie spice (optional)
Instructions
Prepare the Glasses: Spread the sprinkles on a flat plate. Use a finger or a brush to apply a thin layer of caramel sauce or piping gel around the top rim of two tall glasses. Carefully dip and roll the coated rims in the sprinkles to create a festive border. Set the glasses aside to allow the adhesive to set.
Build the Base: Place two scoops of the slightly softened vanilla ice cream into the bottom of each prepared glass.
Add the Fizz: Slowly pour the chilled orange cream soda down the inner side of each glass to minimize aggressive foaming. Stop pouring just below the rim, allowing the foam to rise.
Add the Toppings: Generously top each float with a swirl of whipped cream. Scatter the candy corn and a few extra sprinkles over the whipped cream. For an aromatic finish, sprinkle lightly with pumpkin pie spice, if desired.
Serve Immediately: Insert a striped paper straw into each float. Provide a long spoon and enjoy immediately for the best texture and fizz.
