Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef
1/2 cup diced onions
1/2 cup diced tomatoes
1 packet taco seasoning
1/4 cup water
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
4 large flour tortillas
Sour cream, for serving
Salsa, for serving
Directions:
In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned, breaking it apart with a spoon as it cooks.
Add the diced onions to the skillet and sauté for 2-3 minutes, until the onions are soft and translucent.
Stir in the diced tomatoes and taco seasoning, then add the water. Let simmer for 5 minutes until the mixture thickens.
Remove the skillet from heat and stir in the shredded cheddar cheese until it melts and combines with the beef mixture.
Warm the flour tortillas in the microwave for about 10-15 seconds to make them pliable.
Spoon the cheesy beef mixture onto each tortilla, folding in the sides and rolling them up tightly to form burritos.
Serve with sour cream and salsa on the side for dipping.
