Slow Cooker Pot Roast Heaven 🥔🥕
Ingredients:
2–3 lb chuck roast
1 lb baby carrots
4 garlic cloves, minced
1 packet brown gravy mix
1 packet ranch seasoning
1 packet Italian dressing mix
2 cups beef broth
Mashed potatoes, for serving
Directions:
1. Place roast in the slow cooker. Sprinkle all seasoning packets over the top.
2. Add garlic and pour in beef broth. Top with carrots.
3. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours, or until meat is fall-apart tender.
4. Shred beef, mix with juices, and serve over creamy mashed potatoes.
