One-Pot Smoky Honey BBQ Steak Pasta
Ingredients:
1 lb steak, sliced into strips
12 oz penne or rotini pasta
2 cups beef broth
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup smoky BBQ sauce
1 cup grated cheddar cheese
1/2 cup sliced green peppers
1 tbsp olive oil or butter
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh cilantro or parsley (optional, for garnish)
Directions:
Heat olive oil or butter in a large pot over medium heat. Add steak strips, seasoning with onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Cook until browned, about 3-4 minutes.
Add beef broth, heavy cream, BBQ sauce, and uncooked pasta. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low. Simmer, stirring occasionally, until pasta is cooked (about 10-12 minutes).
Stir in cheddar cheese and green peppers until the cheese is melted and the sauce is creamy.
Serve warm, garnished with fresh cilantro or parsley if desired.
