Texas Roadhouse Copycat Dinner Rolls!
Ingredients:
4½ cups all-purpose flour, divided into 3 cups and 1½ cups
1½ tablespoons instant yeast, rapid rise
¼ cup granulated sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1¼ cups warm milk, 110°F
4 tablespoons butter, softened
1 egg, room temperature
2 tablespoons butter, melted (for the top of the finished rolls)
