🍦 Tropical Piña Colada Milkshakes 🍹
Ingredients:
2 cups frozen pineapple chunks
1 cup coconut milk (or regular milk for a lighter option)
1/2 cup pineapple juice
1/4 cup sweetened condensed milk (adjust to taste)
1 teaspoon coconut extract
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup vanilla ice cream
Whipped cream, for topping
Toasted shredded coconut and maraschino cherries, for garnish
Instructions:
In a high-speed blender, combine the frozen pineapple chunks, coconut milk, pineapple juice, sweetened condensed milk, coconut extract, vanilla extract, and vanilla ice cream. Blend until smooth and creamy. If the mixture is too thick, add a splash more pineapple juice or coconut milk to reach your desired consistency.
Taste and adjust sweetness by adding more sweetened condensed milk if needed. Blend again briefly to incorporate.
Pour the milkshake into tall glasses. Top generously with whipped cream and sprinkle toasted shredded coconut over the top for a tropical crunch.
