Easter Swirl Pie
Ingredients:
1 pre-made graham cracker crust
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1 cup powdered sugar
1 container (8 oz) whipped topping (like Cool Whip), thawed
Food coloring (pastel colors: pink, yellow, blue, purple, green)
Sprinkles, for garnish
Directions:
In a mixing bowl, beat softened cream cheese and powdered sugar together until smooth and creamy.
Fold in the whipped topping gently until fully combined.
Divide the mixture into 4–5 small bowls. Tint each with a few drops of different food coloring, stirring each until the color is blended.
Drop spoonfuls of each color randomly into the graham cracker crust.
Use a butter knife or skewer to gently swirl the colors together without overmixing to maintain the swirl effect.
Chill the pie in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours, or until set.
Before serving, top with additional whipped topping and sprinkles if desired.
