Creamy Cajun Steak & Shrimp πŸ₯©πŸ€πŸ”₯

Ingredients:

For the steak & shrimp:

2 ribeye or sirloin steaks

12–15 large shrimp, peeled and deveined

1 tbsp Cajun seasoning (plus extra)

Salt & pepper to taste

2 tbsp olive oil

1 tbsp butter

For the creamy sauce:

1 cup heavy cream

2 cloves garlic, minced

ΒΌ cup grated Parmesan

1 tsp Cajun seasoning

Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions:

1. Season & Sear:

Pat steaks and shrimp dry.

Season both with salt, pepper, and Cajun seasoning.

Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.

Sear steaks 3–4 mins per side (or to your doneness). Set aside to rest.

In the same skillet, add butter and cook shrimp 1–2 mins per side. Remove and set aside.

2. Make the Sauce:

Lower the heat, add minced garlic, sautΓ© for 30 seconds.

Pour in cream and stir in Parmesan and Cajun seasoning.

Let simmer until thickened (3–5 mins).

3. Combine & Serve:

Return steak and shrimp to the pan, spoon sauce over.

Garnish with chopped parsley and cracked black pepper.
