🇮🇹 Malloreddus (Sardinian Gnocchi)
Tiny ridged gnocchi with savory sausage and tomato sauce—true Sardinian comfort.
Ingredients:
• 2 cups malloreddus pasta
• 1/4 pound sausage, crumbled
• 1 cup tomato sauce
• 1 small onion, chopped
• Olive oil, Pecorino cheese, salt, pepper
Instructions:
1. Sauté onion and sausage in olive oil until browned.
2. Add tomato sauce and simmer 10 minutes.
3. Cook pasta until al dente.
4. Mix with sauce, season to taste.
5. Serve with Pecorino cheese.
