🛒 Ingredients:
For the cookies:
1 cup unsalted butter, softened
1 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup granulated sugar
2 eggs
1 tbsp pure maple syrup
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
For the maple icing:
1/4 cup unsalted butter
1/2 cup pure maple syrup
2 cups powdered sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla extract

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line baking sheets with parchment.
Cream butter and sugars until light and fluffy. Beat in eggs, maple syrup, and vanilla.
