Finally. I got decent crackling !!! I was anxious as it’s my favorite cut of pork. What an absolute treat. Pork was tender, crackling sublime and done to perfection. Cook at 200°C for 20 minutes on the roast setting, then reduce heat to 180°C and cook for 25 minutes per 500gms.
