Raspberry Banana Chia Smoothie Jar
Ingredients:
Bottom Layer:
• 1 banana
• 1/2 cup Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)
• 1/4 cup milk (any type)
• 1 tbsp chia seeds
Top Layer:
• 1/2 cup frozen raspberries
• 1/2 banana
• 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
• 1 tbsp chia seeds
• 1–2 tbsp milk (as needed)
Toppings:
• Banana slices
• Fresh raspberries
• 1 tsp chia seeds
Quick Preparation:
1. Blend all bottom layer ingredients until smooth. Pour into a glass.
2. Blend top layer ingredients until smooth and creamy. Pour over the bottom layer.
3. Decorate with banana slices, raspberries, and a sprinkle of chia seeds.
4. Serve immediately and enjoy!
