Three ways to enjoy Rolo - gooey desserts you'll melt for!
1. Brownie
For the Rolo Brownies:
1⅓ cup of all-purpose flour
3 tablespoons of unsweetened Dutch cocoa powder
½ teaspoon of salt
1¼ cup of dark chocolate chips
1 cup of salted sweet cream butter
⅔ cup of light brown sugar, packed
1 cup of granulated sugar
2 large eggs, room temperature
2 teaspoons of pure vanilla extract
1¾ cup of unwrapped Rolos, sliced in half
For the Ganache:
½ cup of dark chocolate chips
3 tablespoons of heavy cream
1½ cup of unwrapped Rolos, halved
2. Fudge
4 cups of semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 (14-ounce) container of sweetened condensed milk (Do NOT substitute evaporated milk)
5 tablespoons of heavy cream
4½ cups of unwrapped and halved Rolos (divided into 2½ cups and 2 cups)
3. Cheesecake
For The Chocolate Cookie Crust:
2½ cups of chocolate sandwich cookie crumbs (I used 26 to 28 Oreo cookies)
½ cup of unsalted butter, melted and cooled
¼ teaspoon of salt
For The Cheesecake Filling:
4 (8-ounce) blocks of cream cheese, room temperature
1½ cups of granulated sugar
4 large eggs
1 tablespoon of vanilla extract
½ cup of heavy cream
2 tablespoons of all-purpose flour
For The Caramel Topping:
1 (13.4-ounce) can of dulce de leche caramel sauce
3 tablespoons of heavy cream
For Garnish:
Stabilized whipped cream, homemade or Cool Whip
16 unwrapped Rolo candies, optional
