Everyone loved this Strawberry Heaven! It is a very light and refreshing dessert and is so easy to make.Ingredients:

2 cups fresh strawberries, chopped

1 cup heavy whipping cream

1/4 cup powdered sugar

1 tsp vanilla extract

1 cup graham cracker crumbs

1 tbsp melted butter

Directions:

In a bowl, mix the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until combined.

Press the mixture into the bottom of a serving dish to form the crust.

In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream with powdered sugar and vanilla extract until soft peaks form.

Gently fold in the chopped strawberries.

Pour the strawberry mixture over the crust and spread it evenly.

Chill for 2 hours or until set. Serve cold for a refreshing, light dessert.
