2 tbsp olive oil (for brushing)
4 oz cream cheese, softened
1 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
1 tbsp lemon juice

4 oz smoked salmon, thinly sliced
1 small cucumber, thinly sliced
Fresh basil or dill, for garnish
