American Goulash 🍝
A hearty, comforting one-pot meal that’s perfect for busy weeknights!
Ingredients:
1 lb. ground beef
1 onion, chopped
1 bell pepper, chopped
3 cups beef broth (or water)
1 can tomato sauce
1 can diced tomatoes
2 cups elbow macaroni
Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper
Instructions:
1️⃣ Brown ground beef with onions and bell pepper. Drain excess fat.
2️⃣ Add broth, tomatoes, tomato sauce, and seasoning. Stir well.
3️⃣ Add uncooked macaroni, simmer for 30 minutes.
4️⃣ Serve with a sprinkle of cheese on top and enjoy! 😋
