🌿🇫🇷 Artichauts à la Barigoule
A traditional Provençal dish of tender artichokes braised with vegetables and herbs in a light white wine sauce 🍋🥕.
Ingredients:
• 6 baby artichokes
• 2 carrots
• 1 onion
• 2 garlic cloves
• 200 ml white wine
• 200 ml vegetable broth
• Olive oil, thyme, parsley, salt & pepper
Instructions:
1️⃣ Trim and clean the artichokes.
2️⃣ Sauté onion, garlic, and carrots in olive oil.
3️⃣ Add artichokes, white wine, and broth.
4️⃣ Season with thyme, salt, and pepper.
5️⃣ Cover and braise gently until tender (30–40 min).
6️⃣ Garnish with parsley and serve warm 🌱.
