Chocolate Delight Cheesecake Cups
Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups chocolate cookie crumbs
3 tbsp melted butter
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup whipped topping (or whipped cream)
1/4 cup caramel sauce
Dark chocolate chunks or squares (for garnish)
Directions:
In a bowl, combine chocolate cookie crumbs with melted butter and press the mixture into the bottoms of small serving cups.
In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
Gently fold in the whipped topping until fully combined.
Spoon or pipe the cheesecake filling over the cookie base in each cup.
Top with a generous drizzle of caramel sauce and a couple of dark chocolate pieces.
Chill for at least 1 hour before serving.
